Women’s basketball team concludes season with heartbreaking loss

Seniors Vance Janssen, Trevin Joseph, and Kendall Jacks were honored for their work in their last regular season game at Rice Auditorium. Janssen has started in all but one game in his career and in that time, he has accumulated 1,129 career points, making him 21st in history in scoring. Janssen is also ranked third in WSC history in steals with 158. Joseph has scored double digit-figures in 47 games in his Wayne State career, including 12 games with 20+ points, leading the team in scoring 11 times this season. Jacks is currently fifth in all-time WSC scoring accumulating 1,575 points. Jacks is also the all-time WSC leading scorer in the NSIC with 1,220 points and has reached double-digits in 90 of his career games.
