About KWSC 91.9 “The Cat”

KWSC 91.9 “The Cat” is the college radio station of Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. KWSC is a fully-equipped broadcast radio station, playing a mix of bleeding edge pop, punk, metal and indie alongside award-winning coverage of Wayne State College athletics. KWSC takes part in various national and international radio events including International Clash Day, Vinylthon and World College Radio Day. Each spring semester students participate in a 24-hour marathon to raise awareness for Haven House, a local non-profit dedicated to the service of survivors of domestic violence.
