The Wildcats earned their first score when junior quarterback Nick Bohn threw a three-yard pass to sophomore wide receiver Kendrick Watkins-Hogue. This play put WSC in the lead at 7-0 in the first quarter. Minot State quickly responded on their next drive, as Dawson Macleary threw a 37-yard pass to tight end James Mintmier, tying the score at 7-7.
