Hayley Ortmeier, Staff Writer
Hayley Ortmeier is from West Point, Nebraska. She is a freshman majoring in journalism and minoring in electronic media at Wayne State College. Hayley decided to go into the journalism field because she has a love for writing and always has something to say. Her hobbies include writing, playing sand volleyball, napping, singing, and hanging out with her friends and family! She spends most of my time babysitting and working at the local Dairy Queen. Hayley originally went to school at Guardian Angels Central Catholic, but graduated high school at West Point-Beemer. She has a mom, dad, and five siblings. Three of them are half siblings and two are full. Their names are Brent, Shelby, Jordan, Blake, and Jaycee. A fun fact about her is that she has broken my left wrist twice: once in a four wheeler accident, and once in a car accident.
Hayley is very excited to be writing articles for the Wayne Stater this year!
