Bystanders at the Wayne County Courthouse on Tuesday, Oct. 20, between 3:30 and 4:30 may be able to assist the police.

 
A juvenile male was walking home from school when he was approached by an individual in a vehicle who made inappropriate sexual advances and comments.

 
The driver of the vehicle was described as a white male with a thin build and short, light brown or blonde hair and wearing sunglasses. The vehicle involved was a smaller gold, two-door vehicle with a small flare spoiler on the trunk lid.
