Do you like to run? How about running for a good cause?

The alexis PROJECT (taP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making designated drivers heroes and to get drunk drivers off the road.

taP was started after two WSC students, Alexis Calfee and Chris Oberg, were killed by a drunk driver in September of 2011.

In October, I put together a fun run and the money we raised went to Wildcat Wheels and to the alexis PROJECT.

taP is wanting to raise money to build a bench in memory of Alexis and Chris.

I am organizing another fun run on March 22 at 10 a.m. at Victor Park in Wayne.

The fun run in October was so much fun, everybody wanted to have another one. I graduate in May, so this will be my only option to have a second one.

I really hope that we get a lot of participants and have a great time.

I have dedicated my life to making people aware of the consequences of drinking and driving.
