Learn the power of investing in your health

Of all the meaningless and time-consuming activities we engage in throughout the day, why not use some of that valuable time to invest in something more significant?

Yourself.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 23, the PED 310 Professional Leadership and Development class, partnering with Service Learning and WSC SHAPE Club, will be hosting the 2015 Wellness Fair. There is no admission charge.

This year’s theme is “Live well. Eat well. Be well.” The focus of the fair is the various dimensions of wellness that we all encounter every day.

“People should attend the wellness fair because it’s an event where people can learn about the various dimensions of wellness through organizations on the WSC campus and in the Wayne community,” Paul McCawley, lecturer of PED 310 Professional Leadership and Development class, said. “These dimensions of wellness include physical, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and many other variations of everyday life.”

Anyone interested in setting up a booth for the fair, or for more information, please contact Paul McCawley of Wayne State College at (402)-375-7110 or e-mail [email protected].
