The student activity board has a lot planned for Wayne State College students in the coming months like the Hydration Station hosted Nov. 20.
Unlike the most recent boba event, the board will serve hot chocolate and coffee, the perfect drinks for the transition into the winter months. The hydration station will also provide students with many toppings including creamer, marshmallows, candy canes, syrups and sauces.
All Hydration Station events are free for students. After today’s event, the next one will be hosted Dec. 4 in the Conn Library and will offer energy drinks to help students through finals week.
In addition to these Hydration Stations events, the student activity board plans to host a Stress Less Fest on Dec. 2. As the name suggests, the event will include arts and crafts, therapy dogs, holiday music and tasty treats to help students unwind.
“We’re excited for this, especially since everyone’s welcome,” Cat PAC member Anja Oeofse said.
The event will be in the Frey Suite from 1 to 3 p.m. The day after will be the Winter Wonderland event outside east of the Student Center at 7 p.m.
“All events are free of charge for students,” Executive Director of Cat PAC Elizabeth Liston said.
The student activity board is excited to host these events for Wayne State students.
