Injuries, the part of the game that is inevitable.

Many athletes have to throw in the towel because them, but not the resilient 6’6” junior forward from Carroll, Iowa.

Jordan Holdsworth is coming off a redshirt season after an ACL tear last year before the season opener.

The worst part wasn’t the four surgeries to reconstruct his knee, but it was the fact that he couldn’t contribute that pained him the most.

Of course, Holdsworth is ecstatic to be back on the hardwood.

He’s making up for lost time, averaging nearly eight points per game to go with four rebounds and an assist on any given night.

Being on a young team, Holdsworth knew his role as a vocal leader was very important off the court, he now gets to show his leadership on the court.

No matter how the rest of the season pans out, just know this big man isn’t going to throw in the towel.
