WSC’s Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program recently receiving high rankings on three different sites.

These rankings have been determined by low-cost and high-quality online education. Wayne’s MBA program received the ranking of 14 out of 20 for best online MBA programs from Great College Deals, was among the top five online business degrees on The Best Master’s Degrees website and was ranked third out of 97 institutions from Get Educated: Best Buy Regional Online MBA.

“These ratings really show professionals and students can get a high quality program at an affordable price,” said Jenny Brandow, assistant to the dean, School of Business and Technology. “It is important to provide graduate students with a warm and friendly environment.”

Wayne’s MBA program is accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. The program is offered entirely online with no required visits to campus.

“The MBA program fills a need for a lot of people,” Professor Timothy Garvin said. “The key word is value. There is value for the time and money spent.”

On average, Brandow said, there are approximately 100 students enrolled in the program every semester.

“Last year we had the second-largest graduating class in the history of the MBA program,” Brandow said.

Goals have been established, Brandow said, with the help of WSC President Marysz Rames to strengthen the program as well as increase enrollment and graduation rates.

“You’re getting a quality degree,” Brandow said. “Any professional looking to enhance their life has a perfect opportunity to take the MBA program.”
