Wayne State College PRIDE held their annual drag show on March 2 in the Frey Conference Suite in the Kanter Student Center. The event included a raffle, photobooth, and free mocktail drinks as well as the show itself. It was free to attend and donations went to Alice’s Avengers.

The room was packed, and performers didn’t disappoint. There were professional and student participants. They strutted the stage in wild costumes and makeup while lip syncing to a variety of songs.

First time show attendee, Sabrina Hochstein, said “The show was a great time. I had no idea what to expect going in, and it was an awesome experience. Those queens did their makeup better than I ever will! I can’t wait to go back next year.”
