Jug’s, for right now, is the new liquor store on 7th Street.

 
But it will soon become a food and fun complex for adults, offering various sports and food choices.

 
Kiley Koch, manager of Jug’s, is eager for all the different activities that will come with this new sit-down restaurant and liquor store. Something Koch is looking forward to most when the business is officially open is there will be plenty of entertainment, and another sit-down restaurant to enjoy.

 
“This place will be more of an all-around bar and restaurant,” Koch said. “This will be somewhere in between there.”

 
Jug’s will be a nice mix of all the bars and restaurants here in Wayne, along with the different activities that will soon be available.

 
Building the place itself has been going smoothly, according to Koch. However, there was a setback last July, when a windstorm blew the building apart. But the builders managed to fix everything and get right back on track.

 
Not only will there be sand volleyball and brick-oven pizza, there will also be Keno, a golf simulator, sand dodgeball, basketball courts and possibly archery. There will also be a bar featured in the restaurant.

 
As of right now, the liquor store is open for customers. Koch and others are hoping for the entire place to be open in late March, but the date hasn’t been set in stone.
