Quin Otto is a senior from Osceola, NE. This is is third or so (?) semester as part of the journalism workshop and his fourth or so semester (?) with the Wayne Stater.

On campus, he is involved with KWSC FM (campus radio), KWSC Sports, has previously been a part of KWSCTV, and has been published multiple times in the Judas Goat, a campus publication.
